after my friend recommended street salon & barber shop, i never went anywhere else! when i go to street salon & barber shop, i meet with Master Seng because he always does an amazing job. not only does he give me a great cut, but he does it with care and creates a welcoming environment through small talk. street salon & barber shop is the best

I went with my boyfriend to Master Seng to get a haircut for a wedding. We booked the VIP service where it was after hours (after 7PM). It is a little pricier but it comes with a foot massage, a beverage, a detailed hair cut/wash, along with a consultation of how to style from the master himself. He was so sweet and super friendly. Definitely was confident and knew what he was doing. He was very detail oriented and made sure that my boyfriend got exactly what he wanted and was comfortable. You could tell customer service is very important to him. Will be seeing him in 2 weeks again!

I walked in off the street for a cut and got sat with Razor. He proceeded to give me the cleanest cut of my life. I normally ask for a pretty basic style and square off the back but he suggested to go with a taper and it came out incredible. Will definitely be making Razor my go to barber going forward.

The best hairdresser and barber in whole of Cambridge and Boston. I moved to Boston in 2022 and since have been to numerous hairdressers, always leaving disappointed. Street Salon & Barber Shop is a rare find. I booked my first appointment with Nick and since only have my hair cut by him. He listens carefully to what I want and pays incredible attention to detail. I always leave exactly with the hairstyle I came for. Moreover, he also truly understands customer experience. Conversations with him are always interesting and entertaining, but he never forces them on me. Nick is the only hairdresser I’ve been to whom I happily tip. I can‘t recommend him enough.

Great cut from Elle! I was a walk-in and took a shot, and I’m glad I did. He put some awesome layers in my hair (which hadn’t been cut in about nine months), and it’s much more manageable. Will come back for sure!

My first hair cut here, found them on google through browsing and reading reviews. The reviews speak to itself. Master Seng is a real master of his art. He was kind and listened to all my requests for a particular hair style. He is the best in the city. Nick was amazing as well, he gave me the best bread trim possible. He made my beard look natural upon all the trimming, which is a great skill to have. Did not rush it, rather did it with full attention to detail.

Nick is a talented professional with an eye for style and personality - I left the haircut with an incredible boost in confidence both internally and externally. I asked for a buzz cut, simple in theory, and Nick gave me one of the best buzzes I've seen around: personalized and detailed. Sharp in every sense of the word, would highly recommend.

Master Seng is the best! He does an amazing job. Have been going to him for over a year and would not go anywhere else in Boston for a haircut. He listens to your preferences, and his attention to detail is second to none. The other members of his team are also wonderful. Both his Newbury and Huntington Ave locations are fantastic salons. Highly recommend!
